Role Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Business Acquisition Manager with 4–5 years of experience in sales and business development, with proven success in cold calling across both Indian and international markets. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll not only lead a small team but also actively contribute to prospecting and closing deals. Responsibilities: Inbound Sales: Drive outreach via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline. Team Leadership: Manage a team of executives, ensuring performance KPIs are met through regular reviews, coaching, and performance tracking. Hands-on Execution: Make calls yourself—especially for high-potential accounts or to support your team during peak cycles. Pipeline Ownership: Oversee and maintain CRM hygiene, monitor deal progress, and ensure accurate forecasting. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, business development, and leadership teams to improve outreach strategies and refine pitches. Requirements: 4–5 years of business development experience, with strong cold calling exposure. Experience selling to both Indian and international clients.
