Business Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities: Inbound Sales: Drive outreach via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline. Team Leadership: Manage a team of executives, ensuring performance KPIs are met through regular reviews, coaching, and performance tracking. Hands-on Execution: Make calls yourself—especially for high-potential accounts or to support your team during peak cycles. Pipeline Ownership: Oversee and maintain CRM hygiene, monitor deal progress, and ensure accurate forecasting. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, business development, and leadership teams to improve outreach strategies and refine pitches. Requirements: 4–5 years of business development experience, with strong cold calling exposure. Experience selling to both Indian and international clients. Prior experience in team management or mentorship—even if informal is a bonus. Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are a bonus. Show more Show less
