Role Description Circle Business Lead is to strategically manage and lead the business operations, ensuring profitable growth by overseeing the P&L, fostering strong relationships with operators, expanding the business footprint, and driving site acquisition and delivery. Additionally, the Circle Business Lead is responsible for motivating teams, increasing tenancy on IBS sites, and ensuring timely collections from OPCOs . Job Responsibilities: · Responsible for P&L of respective Circle · Customer Relationship management with telecom operators and builder’s across the state/assigned territory. · Manage and motivate site acquisition teams for acquiring sites proactively and basis customer wish list. · To build relations with all Operators Technical and Business teams in the Circle. · To build and lead a team for increasing the business footprint across circle. · Ensure acquisition of salable sites or to acquire sites required by OPCO’s. · To be able to convince operator RF teams for increase tenancy on IBS sites. · Responsible for collections from OPCO’s · Customer Relationship Management Coordinate with Circle O&M, Deployment and SCM teams on a regular basis to minimize process handoff issues Knowledge/Skill/Attitude: · Adequate technical knowledge of IBS, FTTH and Lean Macro · Knowledge of active & passive infrastructure industry · Drive for Excellence Qualifications · Graduation in any discipline · Master’s Degree will be an added advantage .
