Both organizations rely on proactive business development and client engagement to expand market presence, build partnerships, and drive growth. You will play a key role in achieving these goals.



Key Responsibilities:

●    Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across finance, real estate, and consultancy sectors

●    Conduct outreach to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages

●    Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations to showcase company services

●    Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems

●    Collaborate with marketing, operations, and analytics teams to align outreach strategies

●    Track sales metrics and prepare reports for business insights

●    Follow up with prospects and convert them into long-term clients



Candidate Profile:

●    Ambitious, persuasive, and target-oriented

●    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

●    Confident in building client relationships and handling communications independently

●    Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team

●    Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn about finance and real estate sectors

●    Capable of managing multiple leads and meeting deadlines



Requirements:

●    Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or marketing

●    Strong command of English (spoken and written)

●    Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace

●    Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead generation platforms

●    Onsite availability in Hyderabad



Preferred (Nice to Have):

●    Internship or coursework in sales, marketing, or business development

●    Exposure to finance, real estate, or consulting domains

●    Basic knowledge of digital marketing or presentation tools



Compensation & Growth:

INR 20,000 per month

Performance review after 2 months

●    Full-time onsite role in Hyderabad

●    Mentorship from senior business development and operations leads

●    Opportunity to gain dual-industry experience (Real Estate + Finance)
