Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve the targets across Poultry Division
  • Oversee and drive sales for the domestic market, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Monitor the financial performance by ensuring budgets are met for both top-line as well as the bottom-line, and be accountable for the division-wise P&L.
  • Spearhead market penetration strategies and expand the companys reach across India.
  • Inculcate a culture of teamwork, accountability, and performance excellence.
  • Identify growth opportunities, address gaps in market coverage, and ensure profitability across divisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conceptualise and implement innovative marketing campaigns tailored to each division.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective messaging, product positioning, and customer engagement.
  • Travel extensively to meet clients, attend events, and oversee field operations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Veterinary Science from a reputed institution
  • 20 to 33 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare (veterinary) industry
  • Experienced in managing similar scale, size, complexity, and span of control
  • Age: 40-45 years
