BU Head - Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement

    sales strategies

    to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify

    new business opportunities

    and expand market penetration.
  • Drive

    sales forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis

2. Marketing & Brand Management

  • Develop and execute

    marketing plans

    to promote the pain management portfolio.
  • Oversee

    brand positioning, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing strategies

    .
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance product credibility.

3. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the

    sales and marketing team

    .
  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and ensure team motivation and productivity.
  • Conduct

    training programs

    to enhance team capabilities and market knowledge.

4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor

    market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

    .
  • Utilize market insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Leverage data analytics for

    decision-making and sales performance tracking

    .

5. Regulatory & Compliance Management

  • Ensure compliance with

    pharmaceutical industry regulations and ethical marketing practices

    .
  • Collaborate with the regulatory team to handle approvals and compliance matters.

6. Key Account & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with

    doctors, hospitals, distributors, and KOLs

    .
  • Develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand credibility and business growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:

    15+ years in

    Sales & Marketing

    within the

    pharmaceutical industry

    , with a focus on

    Pain Management

    or related therapeutic areas.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in

    Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Management

    ; MBA preferred.
  • Skills:

    Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and excellent communication.
  • Proficiency in:

    Sales forecasting, marketing strategy, regulatory compliance, and digital marketing tools.
  • Travel:

    Willingness to travel as required for business expansion and stakeholder engagement.
