Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a PPC (Production Planning and Control) Engineer – Fresher , located in [Insert Location] . The PPC Engineer will support the production planning team in scheduling manufacturing activities, coordinating with cross-functional departments, monitoring production progress, and maintaining planning documentation. The role involves assisting in workflow optimization, tracking material flow, and ensuring timely production to meet delivery targets. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and inventory levels Coordinate with production, stores, procurement, and quality departments to align production activities Monitor production progress and highlight delays or issues affecting delivery timelines Maintain records of material availability, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished goods inventory Support in generating production and efficiency reports for internal review Help identify and resolve bottlenecks in the production process Assist with ERP data entry and production-related updates Ensure adherence to production planning processes and company standards Qualifications B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (2024/2025 graduate) Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and production planning concepts Familiarity with ERP or planning tools is a plus (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Word) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to learning and process improvement Eagerness to grow in a dynamic and collaborative manufacturing environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Ability to commute/relocate: IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 15/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 09/06/2025
