Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Executive (New Graduate) located in Manesar . The Purchase Executive will support the procurement team in sourcing materials, managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining purchase records. The role involves assisting in cost negotiations, evaluating supplier performance, and working closely with internal teams to meet operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders and requisitions for materials, supplies, and equipment Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delivery issues Support the procurement team in evaluating vendor quotations and negotiating pricing and payment terms Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data Assist in developing and maintaining a database of reliable suppliers Collaborate with internal departments (production, stores, quality) to ensure purchase needs are met Help monitor inventory levels to identify purchasing needs Follow company procurement policies and ensure compliance with quality standards Qualifications B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline (2024/2025 graduate) Basic understanding of supply chain and procurement principles Familiarity with ERP or procurement software is a plus (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) Strong analytical and negotiation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) Good communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Ability to commute/relocate: IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 15/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 09/06/2025
