Company Name: Dealshare Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager/ Assistant Director Location: Gurgaon Department: Marketing Reports To: Head of Marketing / Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Experience Required: 7- 10 years (with a proven track record of building and scaling a brand) Job Overview: We are looking for a strategic and experienced Brand Marketing Manager who has a strong track record of building and growing successful brands. The ideal candidate has previously led the development and execution of brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty. This role requires a creative thinker with deep experience in brand storytelling, campaign execution, and market positioning. Youll be responsible for elevating our brand presence across channels and ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy Development: Define and implement a clear and consistent brand strategy including positioning, messaging, and tone of voice. Brand Leadership: Leverage your past experience of building and scaling a brand to enhance our brand presence and perception in the market. Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead the development and execution of 360 marketing campaigns (digital, offline, PR, events) aligned with business goals. Market & Customer Insights: Conduct research and gather insights to understand target audiences, market trends, and brand performance. Creative Oversight: Guide creative teams and agencies in producing assets that align with brand guidelines and effectively tell our brand story. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across product, sales, and HR to ensure brand consistency and support business objectives. Brand Health Monitoring: Track brand awareness, perception, and campaign effectiveness through analytics and reporting tools.
