Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Lead annual & monthly business planning for the category with ownership of volume & value targets.
Analyze consumer behavior, market research, and business trends to generate actionable insights.
Develop and execute brand communication campaigns in collaboration with creative agencies.
Drive new product development & launches, including packaging, positioning, pricing, and GTM strategy.
Manage consumer/trade promotions and measure effectiveness against KPIs.
Oversee e-commerce marketing to drive category visibility, discoverability, and growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Manage operational responsibilities including SKU creation, MRP changeovers, and workflow alignment.

Preferred candidate profile:

Education:
MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a premier institution (must have).
Experience:
4-6 years, with at least 1 year as a Brand/Product Manager.
Preferable: 2+ years of FMCG Sales experience as ASM or equivalent.
Knowledge:
FMCG Sales (Margins, GTM Approach, Outlet Types)
Media planning, digital marketing, and e-commerce tools (AMS, Quick Commerce, Google Ads, Social Media)
