Job Description

Develop, execute, and manage marketing strategy for ongoing and upcoming projects
Lead end-to-end campaign planning, creative development, and deployment across all media channels
Work closely with external agencies for creative, digital, media, and production requirements
Manage social media presence, content themes, and campaign performance metrics
Plan and execute channel partner events, launches and activations
Ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables and maintain project documentation

Qualifications & Skills:

4-6 years of experience in branding or marketing; real estate experience is an added advantage
Strong communication, creative judgment, and project management skills
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet timelines
Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and brand strategy
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel projects .
