Role Overview

Manager – Partner Success & Marketing Campaign Delivery

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Own the

    end-to-end delivery

    of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, social, display, content marketing, webinars, integrated campaigns etc.) for clients.
  • Define

    channel strategies, campaign roadmaps, plans

    , and ensure alignment with partner goals.
  • Track and manage execution timelines, deliverables, and budgets to achieve agreed campaign outcomes.

Client / Partner Success

  • Act as the

    primary client servicing manager

    for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, owning

    Client NPS and retention metrics

  • Anticipate partner needs and proactively provide solutions, driving

    repeat engagements

Team Play & Best Practices

  • Follow

    industry best practices and operational standards

    for campaign delivery, reporting, and client interaction.
  • Ensure stakeholders are aligned with quality benchmarks and timelines for high partner satisfaction.

Reporting & Impact Analysis

  • Standardize campaign reporting frameworks and

    present impact analysis

    to partners.
  • Translate campaign data into actionable insights, showing clear value and ROI to clients.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Resolve conflicts and bottlenecks to ensure campaign success without disruption.

    – Ability to handle multiple mid-to-large campaigns simultaneously.

    – Skilled at managing escalations with tact and professionalism.
  • Vendor Management

    – Experienced in coordinating with external partners and vendors.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in

    digital marketing campaign delivery, client servicing, and partner success roles

    .
  • Experience working with

    B2B clients in India and South East Asia

    preferred.
  • Strong

    presentation and communication skills

    , with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric, and collaborative environment.
