Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive to lead our social media presence, enhance brand visibility, and drive audience engagement and conversions across platforms. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end social media operations including content creation, video production, influencer collaborations, community engagement, paid campaigns, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms

  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with business and marketing goals

  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels

Content Creation & Branding

  • Create and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, graphics, and videos

  • Write compelling captions and storytelling content to increase reach and engagement

  • Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver high-quality creatives

Video Capturing & Editing

  • Capture, edit, and produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content

  • Optimize videos for different platforms and formats

  • Stay updated with video trends, hooks, transitions, and storytelling techniques

Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, shortlist, and collaborate with relevant influencers and creators

  • Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and campaign execution

  • Track influencer deliverables, performance, and ROI

  • Build and maintain long-term influencer relationships

Community Engagement & Growth

  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages

  • Build an active online community and manage brand reputation

  • Drive organic growth through audience interaction and trend participation

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance using Meta Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, and other tools

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

  • Optimize content and campaigns based on data and results

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure timely campaign execution

  • Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines efficiently

Trend Awareness

  • Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, tools, and emerging platforms

  • Proactively suggest innovative ideas to improve engagement and growth

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field

  • Proven experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and content creation

  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and creative thinking skills

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
