Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Monitor & manage execution of marketing & branding activities.
  • Optimization of brand communication in all branding creatives.
  • Act as a SPOC for coordination with external agencies in managing day to day tasks.
  • Ensuring creativity and aptness of content in digital and offline sales support materials and other assets.
  • Create dashboard and reports for analyzing branding activities.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing & branding campaigns, and assess against goals.
  • Ensure optimal performance and updated content on websites.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for inputs to modify and optimize branding campaigns.
  • Develop new sales support material for all brands as per brand objectives.
  • Support branding and external teams with creative and compelling designs.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points- Illustrate data graphically and translate complex findings into written text.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of marketing roles in a manufacturing organization
  • Marketing communications, campaigns, operations, and reporting
  • Decent knowledge about digital marketing including web, SEO/SEM, social media organic and paid
  • Experience in developing and executing impactful digital & offline marketing campaigns
  • Expertise in MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint and ability to integrate various technologies to support marketing efforts
  • Good Understanding of digital and key social media platforms Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
  • Team player with an ability to manage multiple and complex business campaigns & priorities
  • Persuasive communication skills with an ability to gain consensus

Qualifications and experience:

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in marketing, with strong understanding of integrated marketing and communication strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results
  • Experience in handling branding & marketing activities, preferably
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Masters degree ideally with a focus in Marketing, Communication, English or a related business field
