Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the annual brand marketing plan aligned with business objectives
  • Manage the PML (Product/Portfolio Marketing Line) performance through data-driven insights and market analysis
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to identify growth opportunities
  • Drive brand communication, advertising campaigns, digital marketing, and media planning initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure unified brand identity and market positioning
  • Manage ATL/BTL activities, including events, promotions, sponsorships, and PR initiatives
  • Monitor and optimize brand performance metrics awareness, market share, and customer engagement
  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective ROI and cost efficiency
  • Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners for creative development and campaign execution
  • Ensure brand consistency across packaging, digital, and retail touchpoints
