What You’ll Do

• Develop and lead PenAime’s brand strategy, voice, and visual identity.
• Build brand consistency across platforms: website, social media, email campaigns, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, editorial, and leadership teams to bring the brand vision to life.
• Launch creative campaigns that engage readers, authors, and the literary community.
• Monitor brand performance and adapt strategies based on feedback and analytics.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, PR, and strategic collaborations.
• Represent PenAime’s mission to the world: storytelling, innovation, and ethical publishing.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or creative strategy.
• A strong portfolio or track record in building and scaling brand presence.
• Excellent communication, design sense, and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of publishing, literature, or tech-forward creative industries.
• A love for books, innovation, and redefining norms.
• Self-driven, imaginative, and collaborative.
