Brand Manager

About the Role

We are a fast-growing overseas recruitment startup looking for a Brand Manager who is passionate about marketing, content, and social media. This role is for someone who wants to take ownership, think creatively, and grow into a leadership position as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media strategy across all platforms.

Create, edit, and publish engaging content (reels, videos, graphics).

Manage personal branding of founders through professional content.

Develop out-of-the-box marketing campaigns that align with company vision.

Own the brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Build and lead a marketing team in the future.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in branding, social media, or digital marketing (freshers with strong portfolio can apply).

Strong skills in content creation, video editing, and design tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).

Good understanding of social media trends and growth strategies.

Creative thinker with a growth mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
