Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German Language Trainer to train competitive nurses and healthcare professionals aiming to work in Germany. The ideal candidate will ensure students consistently study, stay on track, and pass the B2 TELC exam within the given timeline. This is a results-oriented role where dedication, discipline, and a proven training methodology are key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, structured German language training (A1 to B2) to nursing students.

• Ensure students follow the study plan rigorously and meet exam deadlines.

• Train candidates using the training methodology and curriculum provided by KareerCoach while incorporating your proven teaching techniques.

• Monitor student performance and provide feedback to drive consistent improvement.

• Motivate and mentor students to maintain high attendance, focus, and commitment.

• Work closely with management to track progress and maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

• C1 Certification in German language (Goethe/ÖSD/TestDaF or equivalent) – Mandatory.

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience teaching German, preferably to nurses or students preparing for international jobs.

• Strong understanding of B2 TELC exam patterns and preparation strategies.

• Proven ability to maintain discipline, motivate learners, and deliver measurable results.

• A structured, process-driven mindset with excellent classroom management skills.

• Result-oriented attitude – willing to go beyond fixed hours to achieve student success.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
