Experience: 4+ years in Brand/Marketing roles within Beauty, Skincare, or FMCG sectors

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead Foxtale’s brand strategy and execution across all channels. You will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, driving product narratives, and crafting compelling consumer campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the brand strategy, positioning, and tone of voice

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns

• Collaborate with product, content, performance marketing, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging

• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities

• Build and scale brand partnerships, influencer campaigns, and offline brand activations

• Drive consumer insights and translate them into actionable brand strategies

• Monitor campaign performance, brand health metrics, and customer feedback

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in brand/marketing roles in D2C, Beauty, Skincare, or FMCG industries

• Exceptional storytelling, creative thinking, and project management skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies

• Passionate about beauty and skincare trends
