Location: Pune, India Type: Full-time, On-site Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000/month Experience: 3+ years in branding/agency About the Role: As Brand Manager at Firebrand, you’ll take charge of brand strategy, lead client relationships, and manage end-to-end project execution. From creative collaboration to stakeholder alignment, you’ll be the nerve centre of brand-building efforts across industries. Responsibilities: Lead strategic development across branding, packaging, and communication projects. Manage multiple client accounts with professionalism and clarity. Collaborate with internal creative and design teams to ensure output aligns with brand vision. Own project timelines, workflows, and resource planning. Develop content and messaging frameworks that align with brand positioning. Conduct and apply brand research and competitive analysis. Guide junior team members and ensure quality execution. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Branding, Communication, Media, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a creative/branding agency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation, project ownership, and multitasking abilities. Background in content strategy or copywriting is a plus.
