Location: Pune, India Type: Full-time, On-site Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000/month Experience: 5 years in digital/social marketing About the Role: We’re looking for a strategic thinker and social-savvy leader to head our marketing team. As a Marketing Manager, you'll develop campaign plans, work on content, and help brands build strong digital communities with meaningful engagement. Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Understanding the client’s business goals and audience Creating overarching social and content marketing strategies Conducting market and competitor research to inform strategy Translating business objectives into actionable marketing plans Content Oversight: Reviewing and approving content to ensure brand alignment Guiding tone, messaging, and content direction Working with the executive to ensure timely and quality delivery Social Media Oversight: Supervising platform performance and content execution Managing high-level social communications and escalations Ensuring brand consistency across channels Analytics and Reporting: Reviewing reports prepared by the executive Analyzing performance data to extract insights Adjusting strategy based on results and presenting learnings to the client Community Strategy: Setting direction for brand community initiatives Identifying opportunities for deeper audience engagement Approving influencer strategy and partnerships Campaign Management: Planning and overseeing campaigns, promotions, and contests Briefing and coordinating with design, copy, and execution teams Ensuring campaign goals align with brand strategy Paid Advertising: Planning and overseeing paid social media campaigns Managing budgets, targeting, and performance optimization Collaborating with performance marketing experts (if needed) Influencer Strategy: Identifying influencer opportunities aligned with brand goals Negotiating partnerships and setting expectations Monitoring and evaluating influencer campaign performance PR Initiatives: Identifying brand collaboration opportunities (online & offline) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Social Media Marketing skills Well-versed with Facebook Meta Suite Ability to think creatively and experience with copywriting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Google Analytics and Google AdWords (Basic) Experience in using supporting tools such as Canva, Iconosquare, Asana, Facebook Ads Manager Photography and video editing skills are a plus Please note: Candidate to be in Pune Availability for a face to face interview is a must Age not more than 35 yrs. From creative collaboration to stakeholder alignment, you’ll be the nerve centre of brand-building efforts across industries. Responsibilities: Lead strategic development across branding, packaging, and communication projects. Manage multiple client accounts with professionalism and clarity. Collaborate with internal creative and design teams to ensure output aligns with brand vision. Own project timelines, workflows, and resource planning. Develop content and messaging frameworks that align with brand positioning. Conduct and apply brand research and competitive analysis. Guide junior team members and ensure quality execution.
