Position Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead brand planning, positioning, and execution across all consumer touchpoints. The role requires strong analytical ability, creative judgment, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen brand equity and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Own brand positioning, messaging framework, and communication guidelines
• Lead brand campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and offline channels
• Manage product launches including naming, packaging, and go-to-market strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Creative) and external agencies
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all platforms and materials
• Track brand performance metrics and present actionable insights to leadership
• Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships effectively

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4–7 years of experience in brand management or marketing leadership roles
• Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and brand analytics
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Background in Beauty, FMCG, D2C, or E-commerce industries
• Experience working with creative, media, PR, and influencer agencies
• Exposure to product lifecycle management and packaging development
