This is a unique opportunity to work directly with Century Biocare’s leadership team

• Brand Management

  : Build and strengthen Century Biocare’s animal health brands through strategic positioning, campaigns, and execution.

• Sales Force Effectiveness

  : Design and monitor sales productivity tools, training, and performance frameworks to maximize field impact.

• Team Building

  : Recruit, coach, and inspire a strong sales & marketing team that embodies Century’s growth culture.

• Key Account Management

  : Lead engagement with top distributors, dealers, and institutional accounts; ensure long-term partnerships and revenue growth.

• Market Insights

  : Identify new opportunities and competitive gaps across dairy, poultry, and pet categories.

• Professionals with

  Animal Health experience

  (preferred).
• Pharma & Healthcare professionals with strong

  brand management and sales leadership

  backgrounds are also encouraged.
• 0–7 years of experience in Brand/Marketing/Sales roles.
• Strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with field execution.
  

• Direct exposure to leadership

  and a seat at the table in shaping Century Biocare’s growth journey.
