Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Hero/Supporting Product Management
  • Define and implement annual brand plans for both hero products (flagship lines) and supporting products (seasonal/volume drivers).
  • Set positioning, communication priorities, and activation strategies for each.
  • Partner with merchandising to align product lifecycle planning with marketing focus.
  • Campaign Development & Execution
  • Lead the creation and execution of campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
  • Ensure storytelling consistency from product selection to retail execution.
  • Work closely with creative agencies, media partners, and production teams.
  • Merchandising & Retail Integration
  • Collaborate with merchandising teams for coordinated product drops and launch timelines.
  • Partner with retail and visual merchandising teams to deliver impactful in-store communication, window displays, and POS materials.
  • Integrate brand campaigns into retail promotions and seasonal refreshes.
  • Digital & Social Media
  • Mandatory: Strong understanding of digital marketing, including performance marketing, SEO, and e-commerce integration.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of social media strategy, influencer engagement, and content creation.
  • Drive integrated campaigns that extend from offline to online seamlessly.
  • Performance & Budget Management
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness through brand health metrics, sales performance, and ROI analysis.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring resource optimization while maintaining creative quality.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of brand management experience in footwear, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or retail.
  • Proven track record of managing hero and supporting products with clear performance outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (mandatory) and social media (advantageous).
  • Experience working closely with merchandising teams and in retail environments.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred.
