Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Brand Manager to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience who hold an MBA in Marketing and have a passion for brand building, strategic thinking, and creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
• Contribute to brand strategy development and assist in campaign planning and implementation.
• Support product marketing initiatives, including launches, packaging, and messaging.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify brand opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and sales teams.
• Assist in digital and offline marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitor campaign metrics and assist in preparing performance reports.

Required Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing (mandatory) from a recognized university.
• Experience: 0–2 years in brand management, marketing internships, or academic projects focused on branding and consumer engagement.

Essential Skills & Attributes

• Strong understanding of brand development, consumer behavior, and marketing fundamentals.
• Hands-on exposure to campaign planning, execution, and use of analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Innovative thinking and thought leadership in generating fresh branding ideas.
• Ability to lead tasks and collaborate across departments.
• Capable of managing pressure, deadlines, and multitasking across simultaneous projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
• Digital marketing knowledge including content creation, SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and creative/content platforms.
• Experience or exposure in product lifecycle management and brand repositioning strategies is a plus.
