About the Role


Brand Executive:


Responsibilities:

  • Curating Marketing Assets For All Commercial Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling brand assets, including marketing collateral: Digital and Offline and promotional materials that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
  • Assisting in Shoots: Coordinate and support photo and video shoots, ensuring that brand messaging, visual identity, and product features are effectively communicated and captured.
  • Driving Data-Backed Communications: Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify opportunities, and provide clear brand communications that fuel business growth and enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Packaging: Contribute to the design and development of packaging concepts in collaborating with the design and packaging team to reflect our brand positioning, enhance product visibility, and align with industry standards.
  • Creativity and Attention to Detail: Bring a highly creative mindset to the table, coupled with a meticulous eye for detail, to ensure that all brand assets and executions meet our quality standards and brand guidelines.


Key Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in brand management, ideally within the beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG industry.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute brand strategies that drive measurable business growth.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with experience in translating data into actionable insights using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Creativity and Precision: A balance of creative flair and attention to detail, ensuring all brand executions are both innovative and high-quality.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills to effectively coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Growth-Oriented Mindset: Eagerness to learn, innovate, and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
