Job Description

Role Summary


We’re looking for a content-obsessed, science-curious Brand Executive to lead our social media presence across Instagram and YouTube. If you live and breathe content, understand what makes people tap, comment, and convert and can turn complex skincare science into relatable, thumb-stopping storytelling- we want you on our team.

This is not a "just post and go" kind of role. You’ll be at the heart of content creation, scriptwriting, giving direction to designers and editors, and working with dermatologists, influencers, and internal teams to bring the brand alive across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content & Social Media Strategy: Own and execute the day-to-day content calendar for Instagram and YouTube
  • Translate the science of skincare into engaging scripts, captions, reels, shorts, and static creatives
  • Constantly research trends, audio, hooks, formats, and algorithms to drive performance and engagement
  • Scriptwriting & Storytelling: Write compelling scripts for video content featuring dermatologists, creators, and brand-led storytelling
  • Understand the emotional and functional triggers that resonate with our audience
  • Work closely with the creative team to translate briefs into high-impact narratives
  • Creative Direction & Execution: Brief and guide designers, editors, and videographers on visual language, tonality, and narrative arc
  • Ensure all content is brand-aligned, scientifically sound, and performance-optimized
  • Be the gatekeeper of creative quality from ideation to publishing
  • Community & Platform Management: Stay updated with platform innovations and emerging formats on Instagram & YouTube
  • Monitor and report performance; use data to iterate and improve content strategies
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with dermatologists, product development, and performance marketing teams
  • Coordinate with influencers and creators when needed


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years

    of experience in content or brand role at a consumer or beauty brand, agency, or startup
  • Deep passion for content- you probably have your own Pinterest boards, notes of ideas, or saved Reels
  • A strong understanding of skincare science- you’re either already a nerd for INCI lists or excited to become one
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, especially for short-form content
  • Up to date with YouTube and Instagram trends, formats, and audience behavior
  • Experience giving creative feedback to designers and editors with clarity and empathy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, you enjoy working with people
  • Growth mindset and curiosity to learn, test, and grow with the brand
