About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand & Communications Strategist to define, build, and elevate our brand across all touchpoints. This role requires a perfect blend of analytical thinking, storytelling, and marketing expertise to drive brand growth, audience engagement, and business impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead brand building strategies, including brand positioning, messaging, and identity development.
  • Drive PR communications to enhance visibility, credibility, and thought leadership in the market.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and brand calendars, aligning campaigns with business goals and seasonal priorities.
  • Oversee visual storytelling, ensuring cohesive and compelling narratives across digital, social, and print platforms.
  • Design and implement social media strategies, optimizing content formats (reels, carousels, stories) for engagement and brand consistency.
  • Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform brand and marketing strategies.
  • Manage campaign performance tracking, analytics, and reporting to optimize ROI and engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, PR, and digital teams to ensure integrated brand communications.
  • Drive content strategy, influencer collaborations, and experiential marketing initiatives to enhance brand recall and affinity.
  • Identify emerging trends, cultural insights, and innovative marketing channels to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

•1-2 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or PR communications, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, or luxury sectors.

•Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement strategies.

•Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills.

•Strategic thinker with a creative eye and data-informed decision-making ability.
