Job Description

Tilfi is seeking an experienced and dynamic Content & PR Manager to join our communications team. This role is pivotal in shaping Tilfi’s voice and presence across diverse platforms and audiences. The ideal candidate will have a flair for crafting compelling, brand-appropriate content and a proven track record in building and maintaining robust media and external relations. Please note: This is a full-time, in-office position, not a remote working role. What you'll do: Content Development: Create, curate, and oversee all brand copywriting, ensuring alignment with Tilfi’s tone and ethos. Manage content for digital channels, including website, digital newsletters, blogs, ads and social media, ensuring consistency and quality. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to create cohesive and visually aligned content. Brainstorm with the team to develop compelling narratives for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling. Public Relations & Media Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and other key stakeholders. Develop and execute strategic PR plans to secure media coverage in relevant publications and platforms. Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials. Serve as the brand’s spokesperson for media inquiries and interviews as needed. Event Management & Collaborations: Plan and oversee events, including product launches, press previews, and brand showcases. Identify and negotiate partnerships and collaborations with like-minded brands, artists, and organizations to enhance Tilfi’s reach and resonance. Represent Tilfi at industry events, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury positioning. Brand Strategy & Monitoring: Collaborate with leadership to refine and evolve the brand’s messaging and positioning. Monitor and report on PR and content performance metrics, providing actionable insights. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Who you are: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Fashion Management, English or a related field. 5+ years of experience in PR, content creation, or a related role, preferably in the luxury or heritage sector. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing diverse formats and styles. Strong network of media and influencer contacts in the fashion, luxury, or cultural sectors. Proven experience in planning and executing successful PR campaigns and events. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand alignment. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Show more Show less
