Description
As an experienced and dynamic Content & PR Manager at Tilfi, you will play a key role in shaping the voice and presence of the brand across various platforms and audiences. Your responsibilities will include developing compelling brand-appropriate content, managing media relations, organizing events, and contributing to the overall brand strategy. In terms of content development, you will be tasked with creating and overseeing all brand copywriting to ensure alignment with Tilfi's tone and ethos. Additionally, you will manage content for digital channels such as the website, digital newsletters, blogs, ads, and social media platforms, while collaborating with designers, marketers, and product teams to maintain consistency and quality. Brainstorming with the team to develop engaging narratives for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling will also be part of your role. Regarding public relations and media outreach, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and other key stakeholders. Developing and executing strategic PR plans to secure media coverage in relevant publications, writing press releases and communication materials, and acting as the brand's spokesperson for media inquiries and interviews are essential tasks. In terms of event management and collaborations, you will plan and oversee various events including product launches, press previews, and brand showcases. Identifying and negotiating partnerships with like-minded brands, artists, and organizations to enhance Tilfi's reach and resonance will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will represent Tilfi at industry events to ensure alignment with the brand's luxury positioning. Your role will also involve collaborating with leadership to refine and evolve the brand's messaging and positioning. Monitoring and reporting on PR and content performance metrics, staying updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities, and providing actionable insights are crucial aspects of the job. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Fashion Management, English, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, content creation, or a related role, preferably in the luxury or heritage sector, is required. Exceptional writing and editing skills, a strong network of media and influencer contacts, experience in planning and executing successful PR campaigns and events, a creative mindset with attention to detail and brand alignment, as well as strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines are essential qualities for this position.,
