Job Description

As a BTL Campaign Strategist & Execution Specialist, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement Below-The-Line (BTL) campaigns aimed at new hospital openings, community engagement, and wellness initiatives in various cities. You will be tasked with designing and executing micro-level BTL activations including health checkup camps, workshops, and awareness programs to enhance local brand presence and drive patient engagement. Your role will also involve organizing events such as health seminars, checkup camps, and corporate wellness programs across multiple locations, while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and local partners for impactful activations. Collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Projects teams is essential to ensure the seamless execution of BTL campaigns and hospital openings. Working closely with the Sales team will help align campaigns with sales objectives, generating quality leads and promoting hospital services effectively. Additionally, coordination with the Operations team will be crucial to manage logistical aspects like venue setups, staffing, and equipment efficiently. You will also need to work with the Projects team to align BTL strategies with new hospital opening plans, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely execution. Extensive travel to various locations such as Delhi NCR, Haridwar, and Agra will be required to oversee BTL activations and evaluate campaign performance in different cities. Developing location-specific strategies tailored to each region's unique needs and demographics will be key to success. Utilizing data analysis to track metrics like engagement, footfall, inquiries, and ROI will help in assessing activation effectiveness and optimizing future campaigns. Your role will also involve overseeing external agencies and vendors to ensure campaign deliverables are met within budget. Managing relationships with creative agencies, event organizers, and third-party vendors will be vital for ensuring high-quality and timely execution of activations. Strengthening relationships with RWAs, local communities, and corporates to raise awareness of services and foster collaboration on health initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities. Regular reporting on campaign performance and outcomes, along with sharing insights and recommendations with leadership for future improvements, will be expected from you.
