Job Summary

The Brand Acquisition Executive will play a key role in expanding Woloo’s product and brand portfolio by identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic vendor partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product sourcing, e-commerce operations, and vendor management, ensuring Woloo’s platform offers high-quality, relevant, and diverse products aligned with the brand’s mission of smart hygiene for women.

Key Responsibilities

Research and Identify Relevant Products and Brands:

Conduct thorough market and competitive research to identify potential products and brands that align with Woloo’s strategic goals, customer needs, and brand values.

Create Accurate and Compelling Product Listings:

Develop high-quality product listings for newly acquired brands — including engaging descriptions, optimized product images, and accurate specifications to ensure strong visibility and conversion.

Build and Maintain Strong Vendor Relationships:

Cultivate and manage long-term, positive relationships with brand partners. Serve as the key point of contact for vendors, ensuring smooth onboarding, communication, and collaboration.

Negotiate Contracts and Agreements:

Support the negotiation of commercial terms, pricing structures, and partnership agreements with new vendors to achieve win–win outcomes and align with Woloo’s business goals.

Monitor Vendor Performance and Product Success:

Track sales and performance metrics of onboarded brands, identify potential challenges, and work closely with vendors to resolve issues, improve performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
