Key Responsibilities · Research and Identify Relevant Products and Brands: Conduct thorough market and competitive research to identify potential products and brands that align with Woloo’s strategic goals, customer needs, and brand values. · Create Accurate and Compelling Product Listings: Develop high-quality product listings for newly acquired brands — including engaging descriptions, optimized product images, and accurate specifications to ensure strong visibility and conversion. · Build and Maintain Strong Vendor Relationships: Cultivate and manage long-term, positive relationships with brand partners. Serve as the key point of contact for vendors, ensuring smooth onboarding, communication, and collaboration. · Negotiate Contracts and Agreements: Support the negotiation of commercial terms, pricing structures, and partnership agreements with new vendors to achieve win–win outcomes and align with Woloo’s business goals. · Monitor Vendor Performance and Product Success: Track sales and performance metrics of onboarded brands, identify potential challenges, and work closely with vendors to resolve issues, improve performance, and enhance customer satisfaction. As the Head of Franchising & Leasing at Woloos, your primary role is to drive the business expansion by leasing out Woloo Powder Rooms to suitable brand partners and franchising the Woloo model across key cities. To excel in this role, you will need strong business acumen, relationship management, and negotiation skills to maximize utilization and revenue from Woloo assets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and onboard brand partners to lease space within Woloo Powder Rooms, including cafs, retail outlets, pharmacies, salons, and wellness brands. - Negotiate commercial terms, lease duration, and revenue-sharing models with partner brands. - Collaborate with property owners, developers, and mall operators for suitable Woloo locations. - Ensure brand mix and alignment with Woloos hygiene and women-centric brand ethos. - Oversee fit-out coordination, operational readiness, and compliance for leased spaces. - Maintain a database of lease agreements, renewal schedules, and performance reports. - Develop and execute a franchise growth plan to expand Woloo Powder Rooms across major cities. - Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners and business investors. - Manage franchise discussions, due diligence, agreement execution, and onboarding. - Support franchisees in operational setup, marketing, and brand compliance. - Work closely with finance and legal teams to finalize agreements and ensure standardization. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Retail Management. - 8+ years of experience in retail leasing, franchising, or business development (experience in F&B, malls, or real estate preferred). - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with brand partners and landlords. - Understanding of commercial property leasing, brand tie-ups, and revenue models. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel frequently across India.
