Recce Surveyor Executive / Manager

As a Recce Surveyor Executive / Manager at Woloo, your role will involve conducting detailed site surveys for potential retail store locations and overseeing the setup process for new stores. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, landlords, and external authorities to ensure efficient establishment of stores in alignment with brand standards. - Conduct on-ground site surveys (recce) to evaluate potential retail store locations based on visibility, accessibility, utilities, and customer footfall. - Prepare detailed recce reports with photographs, measurements, and key observations. - Coordinate with landlords, municipal authorities, and internal teams for approvals and documentation. - Collaborate with design, fit-out, and construction teams to ensure technical feasibility. - Monitor site readiness progress, identify and resolve on-site challenges, and ensure adherence to setup timelines. - Provide regular status updates on ongoing and upcoming store locations. As a qualified candidate for this role, you should have: - Graduation or Postgraduation in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in site surveys, retail store setup, or operations (experience in F&B, franchise, or retail environments preferred). - Good understanding of local regulations, permits, and municipal requirements. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.,
