Key Responsibilities:

👥 Team & Staff Management

• Recruit, train, and supervise café staff
• Create staff schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage
• Motivate the team to achieve high levels of service and productivity
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any issues

☕ Café Operations & Customer Experience

• Oversee daily café operations and service quality
• Ensure a clean, welcoming, and organized environment
• Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints professionally
• Maintain product quality and consistency as per brand standards

📦 Inventory & Supply Chain

• Monitor stock levels and manage ordering to avoid shortages or overstock
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries
• Track wastage and control operational costs

📊 Sales, Budget & Profitability

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and profitability targets
• Monitor daily revenue reports and analyze performance
• Implement upselling strategies and local marketing campaigns
• Maintain proper cash handling and billing processes

🛠️ Café Setup & Expansion

• Assist in planning and executing new café setups
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for outlet readiness
• Ensure operational readiness before launch

🧼 Compliance & Hygiene

• Enforce safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols
• Ensure all food safety guidelines and government regulations are followed
• Conduct regular audits of the premises

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Café Manager or in a similar leadership role in F&B/QSR
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities
• Knowledge of POS systems, basic accounting, and inventory software
• Customer-centric approach with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration
• Experience in café setup and multi-location management.
