Role Overview

As a Brand Acquisition Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Woloo’s brand portfolio by identifying, approaching, and onboarding brands that align with our mission and customer base. This is a high-impact role that requires a strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for women-centric products.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and evaluate potential women-centric brands for onboarding onto the Woloo platform.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and decision-makers.

* Drive end-to-end brand acquisition lifecycle – from lead generation to closure.

* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure smooth onboarding.

* Negotiate partnership deals and commercial terms in line with company goals.

* Track, analyze, and report on acquisition performance and market trends.

* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to build a strong brand network.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field.

* 2–5 years of experience in brand acquisition, business development, or partnerships – preferably in retail,or D2C space.

* Proven track record of onboarding and managing brand partnerships.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Strong understanding of retail trends, especially in women’s products.

* Self-driven, result-oriented, and passionate about women empowerment and inclusive retail.
