Job Summary

The Recce Surveyor Executive / Manager will be responsible for conducting detailed site surveys, assessing potential retail store locations, and coordinating the setup process for new Woloo stores. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, vendors, landlords, and external authorities to ensure that each store is established efficiently, on time, and in alignment with brand and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-ground site surveys (recce) for proposed retail store locations.

• Evaluate site suitability based on visibility, accessibility, utilities (water, power, drainage), and potential customer footfall.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive recce reports, including photographs, measurements, and key observations.

• Coordinate with landlords, municipal authorities, and internal project teams for required approvals and documentation.

• Liaise with design, fit-out, and construction teams to ensure technical and layout feasibility.

• Track and monitor site readiness progress, proactively identifying and resolving on-site challenges.

• Ensure adherence to store setup timelines, maintaining consistent communication and reporting to management.

• Provide regular status updates on all ongoing and upcoming store locations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in site surveys, retail store setup, or operations (experience in F&B, franchise, or retail environments preferred).

• Sound understanding of local regulations, permits, and municipal requirements.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
