Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Branch Sales Manager. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee daily operations of the branch, develop sales strategies to achieve targets, build and maintain relationships with customers, manage a sales team, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The manager will also be responsible for market analysis, developing business opportunities, and reporting on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales strategies and market analysis
• Effective communication and customer relationship management skills
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the finance sector
• Proficiency in using technology for business operations and reporting
• Ability to work on-site in Surat
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
