Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager to lead and grow our Pune branch operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Power Tools or CCTV & Security Surveillance sales, with proven capability in dealer management, team handling, and achieving branch-level revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch sales operations and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and channel partner network within the assigned territory.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the field sales team.
• Plan and execute market penetration strategies, product promotions, and local sales campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B customers, system integrators, contractors, and project clients.
• Track daily sales activities, prepare MIS reports, and present performance reviews to senior management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, inventory, and collections.
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups and healthy receivable management.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify competitor activity, pricing trends, and new business opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and ethical sales practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Power Tools or CCTV & Security Surveillance products.
• Experience in B2B sales, dealer/distributor handling, and branch management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven mindset with strong execution capability.
• Ability to analyze data, plan strategies, and drive team performance.
• Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting formats.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
