Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our micro mortgage sales team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet their individual and collective goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency. Job Requirements Proven experience in micro mortgages or related fields. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
