Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Operations Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient customer service. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Analyze and resolve operational issues promptly. Train and guide junior staff members to improve their skills. Maintain accurate records and reports of branch performance. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of affordable housing and housing loan operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results.
