Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Branch Manager role located in Chennai. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing branch staff, and driving business development initiatives. Key tasks include achieving revenue targets, maintaining client relationships, ensuring efficient loan processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The role requires regular interaction with clients, leadership, and financial institutions to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, mentor staff, and ensure operational efficiency at the branch level.
Sales and Business Development: Skills in driving revenue growth, achieving targets, and building strong client relationships.
Loan Advisory Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of various loan products, documentation, and processes, including home loans, personal loans, and mortgages.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to address challenges and ensure smooth branch operations.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in financial services, banking, or loan advisory roles is highly advantageous.
