Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient use of resources. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand customer base. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet targets and provide excellent customer service. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners. Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget. Identify and mitigate risks associated with branch operations. Job Requirements Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and colleagues. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the capacity to work under pressure. Knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to stay updated on market trends and competitor activity. Experience in managing teams and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
