Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient customer service and sales growth. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to achieve business objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Job Requirements Proven experience in retail management within the BFSI industry. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling informed decision-making. Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and achieving targets. Strong knowledge of banking products and services, with a focus on customer needs. Experience in managing budgets and resources, driving business growth through effective planning.
