Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing teams and driving business growth. Roles and Responsibility Manage and supervise a team of retail banking professionals to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team. Job Proven experience in retail banking or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
