Job Title: Branch Manager Location: Thrissur, Kerala Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Thrissur branch, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, coordinating with the sales team, and executing marketing strategies to increase enrollments. This role requires a proactive leader who can optimize branch performance, oversee operational processes, and ensure seamless execution of events and learner services. Key Responsibilities: Meet and exceed branch sales targets by coordinating with the sales team and implementing marketing strategies. Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations. Handle marketing activities, including public relations, university and company visits. Organize and coordinate events conducted by RedTeam to enhance engagement and visibility. Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying opportunities for improvement. Oversee learners' activities, such as conducting examinations, delivering learning materials, and tracking success and placement rates. Implement and enforce SOPs to maintain operational efficiency. Maintain confidentiality through proper data handling and adherence to the clean desk policy. Report branch progress and key activities to the Manager and Directors. Submit daily activity logs to the reporting manager for transparency and accountability. Provide soft skills training to learners when necessary to enhance their professional development. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in branch management, senior sales, or operations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed targets and drive sales growth. Experience in event coordination and marketing strategies. Ability to implement and monitor SOPs effectively.
