Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Trivandrum for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage the company's recruitment processes, employee benefits, and performance reviews. Day-to-day tasks include developing HR policies, handling employee relations, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role requires close collaboration with department heads to enhance workplace policies and procedures. Qualifications Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management Proficiency in HR Policies, Compliance, and Labor Laws Skills in Training and Development, and Organizational Development Strong Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal Skills Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Ability to work independently and in collaboration with various departments Experience in the healthcare or educational sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field Show more Show less
