Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Growth:
Drive branch business across liabilities, assets, and fee products. Expand market share and ensure quality onboarding with effective cross-selling.
Customer Experience:
Strengthen relationships through regular customer visits and engagement programs. Ensure prompt query resolution and service excellence.
Compliance & Risk:
Maintain regulatory adherence, audit readiness, and fraud prevention. Oversee operational controls and risk monitoring.
Profitability:
Grow NII and fee income, optimize branch expenses, and activate revenue-generating desks.
Brand & Infrastructure:
Ensure branch upkeep, brand compliance, and smooth functioning of equipment and ATMs.
Team Leadership:
Build and mentor a high-performing team. Drive training, certifications, and structured feedback.
Strategic Execution:
Implement central initiatives, manage legal cases, and ensure business continuity with strong employee engagement.
