Roles and Responsibilities

Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning and adherence to processes.
Oversee branch sales team, setting targets and providing guidance on customer handling and relationship management.
Develop and implement strategies for business growth, cross-selling, and upselling products.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

7-10 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or Branch Management.
Strong understanding of Branch Handling, Branch Management, Branch Operations, Branch Sales, and Retail Banking principles.
Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
