Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Vadodara. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage and mentor team members, and drive business growth within the branch. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, executing company strategies, meeting financial targets, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and policies. The Branch Manager will also collaborate with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven experience in sales strategy, financial planning, and business development
Knowledge of AI, algorithms, machine learning, or investment tools is a plus
Ability to analyze financial data and develop strategies for growth and risk mitigation
Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry trends
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous
