As a Branch Manager based in Navi Mumbai, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing branch staff performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies. You will play a crucial role in developing business strategies, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, supervising insurance policy sales, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, you will monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
